Manual Timing Chain Tensioner for KTM 690 till 2017 and Husqvarna 701 till 2016

The Manual Timing Chain Tensioner has been designed for KTM 690 (till 2017) and Husqvarna 701 (till 2016) engines.
It replaces the OEM hydraulic chain adjuster part number 77036003000.

It probably will not fit on new models of KTM690 (2019+) and Husqvarna 701 (2020+) !!!
There's an instruction below on how to check which type of the Chain Tensioner will fit your bike.

Before you place an Order, to be sure if our offered tensioner fits on your engine, please measure up the OEM tensioner plug size.
It should fit on a 19mm socket as shown on the picture.
The outer diameter of the whole plug should be 25mm.
If your dimensions are different, you'll need a different one, probably designed for the new engine type (also available in our webstore).
